Job Title: Summer Intern

Duration: June to August (6-8 weeks)

Hours: 15-20 per week

Rate: $17/hr

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support key projects at Prizmah. As an intern, you will assist with various tasks, including contract management, creating a digital directory, and contributing to an affordability research project. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with senior staff, and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, community building, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support the streamlining of Prizmah’s contract management process by organizing contract data and enabling the effective use of reporting features within the contract management system.

Assist in developing research tools to document and analyze insights from schools and communities implementing affordability models.

Assist the School Advancement team with setting up two new programs using the Google Classroom platform.

Contribute to the strategy development for a program alumni network to keep past participants engaged and connected.

Help create a digital directory of program alumni to foster networking and connection.

Develop a resource library with articles, videos, and tools focused on leadership development topics such as imposter syndrome, negotiating compensation, and empowering women leaders.

Develop a written report on network engagement using our Higher Logic analytics, providing actionable insights for the Prizmah professional team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Research experience. Ability to curate resources by researching and gathering valuable tools and information online.
• Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to analyze, summarize, and present data in a clear, understandable way.
• Experience with Google Classroom and Excel is a plus.
