Marketing and Communications Project Coordinator

Position Summary
Prizmah is seeking a highly-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented coordinator to support the successful execution of our marketing and communications efforts. This role is integral to ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently across departments, timelines are met, and deliverables exceed expectations. The coordinator will work closely with members of the marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants, to manage timelines, track progress, and streamline communications. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, with a proven ability for keeping projects organized and on track.

The Role and Core Responsibilities
Project Management, Communications, Organization, and Planning
- Maintain and update the marketing communications calendar and project manage related needs
- Create and edit marketing copy for Prizmah communications
- Curate content for weekly Prizmah emails and marketing-related content to share with Jewish day school marketing professionals
- Help collect, update, and maintain order of organizational systems including Monday.com, Box, Smugmug, Prizmah website, InDesign Files, collateral relating to programs and gatherings
- Manage and update the weekly Marcom meeting agenda
- Support the collection of key data analytics to measure the success of our marketing strategy
- Work with program leads to collect and organize testimonial statements and photos from programs and school visits
- Track press coverage of activities, events, and media related to Jewish day schools and Prizmah
- Liaise and interface with vendors and project manage all related needs including printers, photographers, designers, freelancers, videographers, swag vendors, and other third party consultants to ensure timely project delivery and payment of invoice- including submitting invoices with proper budget allocations
- Basic video editing
- Track and implement the marketing benefits of the Prizmah Associates program

- Help maintain the Prizmah website and ensure all information is up to date, including creating new web pages when needed
- Create designed emails
- Add or update new Prizmah blogs to the website
- Add or update new Prizmah podcasts to the website
- Add tracked press coverage to the website
Must Have:
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time with high attention to detail
- Strong organization and time management skill sets
- Strong communication skills and writing experience
- Ability to build and manage cross organizational relationships to support the work
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Drupal (website), CiviCRM (database), Mosaico (email), Slack, and Monday.com, and Cvent
- Understanding of branding and design or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of the Jewish community and the Jewish day school landscape
- Video editing skills
- Social media experience
- SEO and paid advertising experience
